Step 2 of the ladder
AI & Operations Opportunity Assessment
A half day inside your business, then a report you own — the expensive, repetitive work named, sized in hours and dollars, and put in order of what to fix first.
A flat fee, credited back toward implementation if you hire us within 90 days · we confirm it with you before anything is booked
What you receive
- Workflow map of your most important operations
- 10–20 identified automation and AI opportunities
- Top 5 ranked by impact, cost, effort and risk
- Estimated hours and dollars you could save
- Recommended tools and integrations
- 90-day implementation roadmap
- Security and privacy considerations
- 60-minute findings presentation with your leadership
How it runs
1.Before the visit
A short questionnaire and a look at the software you already pay for, so the on-site time is spent on the real work, not orientation.
2.On site — about half a day
Conversations with you and a few employees, watching how work actually moves, and finding every place a person is acting as glue between systems.
3.Analysis
Every opportunity is sized: hours, dollars, effort, risk. Including the ones where the honest answer is 'don't use AI for this.'
4.Findings presentation
A 60-minute walkthrough with you and your leadership, then the written report is yours to keep.
The report is yours
You own everything the assessment produces. Hire us to implement it, hand it to your own team, or take it to someone else — the roadmap works either way. If you do move ahead with an implementation package or a 30-day sprint within 90 days, the assessment fee is credited toward that work.
